Chili is so easy to make and perfect for weekly meal prep. So hearty with baked seasoned tofu crumbles, black and kidney beans, corn, tomatoes and all the spices. Skip the spoon and eat with blue corn scooper chips - more tasty and fun! *TIP: Instead of using frozen soy crumbles that can be dry, flavorless and salty, simply crumble firm plain tofu into pieces and add nutritional yeast, chili powder, and liquid aminos or favorite sauce. With your hands or large spoon, mix the seasonings into the tofu crumbles and bake for 30 minutes @ 350 F until tofu dries out.
